If you satisfy the requirements for membership (detailed below) and would like to join the Association please complete the Form refered to below. Do not send any fees. You will be required to pay the prescribed fees after you application for membership has been approved and processed. Your membership application form should be sent to the Secretary or an Association Member to forward to the Secretary.

Requirements for Membership

Full Membership / Probationary Membership

Any person or firm wishing to become a Full or Probationary Member must satisfy the following critera:

• Is currently operating in the real estate industry in Papua New Guinea,
• Have a current member propose the applicant for membership and another current member second the nomination and forward it to the Secretary as detailed above,
• In the case of a foreign enterprise real estate agency have current IPA Certification permitting trading as Real Estate Agents in Papua New Guinea,
• In the case of a real estate agency the Principal or Manager to have Certificates of Attendance for all the Training Courses currently provided in Papua New Guinea by REIA and detailed in the section headed "Training",
• In the case of a Full Membership have a current Audit Certificate as required by the Constitution and in the case of Probationary Membership provide a current Audit Certificate within 60 days of being a Probabtionary Member for 6 months

Associate Membership

• Have a current member propose the applicant for membership and another current member second the nomination and forward it to the Secretary as detailed above,
• Have Certificates of Attendance for all the Training Courses currently provided in Papua New Guinea by REIA and detailed in the section headed "Training".
